My approach to therapy is guided by humility and respect for your unique experience and goals. I have particular interest and experience in working with survivors of trauma; people experiencing depression, anxiety, or borderline personality disorder; and adolescents and young adults struggling with school or family concerns.
I provide a place of acceptance, warmth, and safety, where you can share your story and feel understood. I believe that when people feel understood and accepted, they can engage in self-reflection and make courageous changes in their lives.Â
When I'm not at work, I enjoy reading, cooking, playing video games (mostly Bethesda), and spending time with my husband and stepson.
