If you are using EAP benefits: Please schedule "Preventive medicine counseling and/or risk factor reduction intervention(s) provided to an individual." This applies to both new and current clients.
All other new clients: Please schedule either an "Initial Consultation" (if you would like to speak briefly before your first appointment) or a "Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation" (first full appointment).
All other current clients: Please schedule the appropriate "Psychotherapy" appointment.

I can sometimes schedule an appointment outside of my usual hours - for example, if you need to reschedule one appointment due to a scheduling conflict. However, I do not schedule recurring (i.e., weekly or biweekly) appointments outside of my posted hours. Reach out to me via text or email if you need to schedule an appointment outside of my usual hours.
You will receive an email link prior to your appointment. If you are using a computer, all you need is a webcam. If you are using your smartphone, you will need the free app Telehealth by Simple Practice. You can find it in the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Android).
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If you miss or cancel a session without providing 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for the entire session fee or a $100 cancellation fee, whichever is lower, unless we both agree that you were unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.
